Cabarete is a small town on the north coast of the Dominican Republic. It’s a popular destination for windsurfing and kitesurfing, and is also known for its nightlife.
The town has a laid-back, Caribbean atmosphere, and the nightlife reflects that. There are a few nightclubs and bars, but they’re all pretty relaxed. The music is mostly reggae, salsa, and merengue, and there’s usually a live band playing.
The party doesn’t really get started until late, so don’t bother going out before midnight. And don’t expect to find any clubs or bars that are open all night – they all close around 4am.
If you’re looking for a wild night out, Cabarete is probably not the place for you. But if you want to relax, have some fun, and dance the night away, it’s definitely worth a visit.
